Hey everyone :)
I just released the patch for the Oh Wow an RPG Game beta. Version 0.0.3 will fix the following:
Crashing issues
MANY MAJOR quest issues
many many bug issues
That's a basic summary. But you will now find that the game is MUCH more playable now.
Now the next patch may be the FINAL patch for the public beta.
It will COMPLETELY FIX all the bugs in the beta. And will add some NEW QUESTS, NEW SHOPS(including skill shop), NEW ITEMS AND WEAPONS, MINIMAP(this is very needed :P), BIG LAG FIXES, possibly a new shop system(I find the current one can get kind of very annoying), and much much more.
Don't forget to like Maniak Gaming and OWaRPGG on facebook and share us with your friends :) The more support I have the faster you'll get these updates and content out.

Hey guys, if you haven't noticed I haven't been doing anything lately. I'm sorry. But i've been catching up with personal matters and such. But Now I have more time to work on "Oh Wow an RPG Game"
I just wanted to let everyone know what's going on and that I'm back to business and will be working on OWaRPGG again ASAP :)
ALSO if anyone has wondered about the Half Life 2 mod, I am currently working on the script for it. Once the script is done I will work on the actual game system for it like menus and such then I will start working on it and you'll be seeing some actual progress on it but until then you won't be seeing any physical process in the mod for a long while and I will be bringing in some help for this one. A good friend of mine will be helping me out with the game. And I'm having a bunch of friends and possible other voice talents for the voices of the characters :) |

Hey everyone, It's 2012....the apocalypse year!!! Well we got some time left on the earth before it melts, or blows up, or mass genocide happens(did I leave any theory out?) Well with a new year comes new goals and resolutions. This year Maniak Gaming wants to bring some new stuff to the table and really take off. Here's some goals that I will try to achieve:
- The release of "OWaRPGG"
- Announce a new project
- Opening of the online store
- Grow the community and make the site more active
- Survive 2012
I will try my very best to fulfill these goals by the end of 2012
Well to start off the year and check off one of the goals. Here's an announcement.
I have 2 projects coming up I'm still planning them and I won't even begin developing them until OWaRPGG is released.
One of them is a mod for Half Life called The Law Abiding Citizen. It will be COMPLETELY FREE except you will need half life of course. The game places you (a regular citizen) in the middle of the Combine Invasion. It is a singleplayer mod and it will tell the citizens side of the 7 hour war. More info on this mod will be released in the future.
The second project is a full game called "Private Parry" it will be a 3rd person action shooter game. This game is a stick figure game, but possibly the goriest stick figure game you will ever play. With your squad massacred and you being the only survivor of your team for miles it is up to you to defeat the enemy army. The game will feature guns, gore, and inappropriate cuss words 0_0 could you ask for more? More info on this game will be released in the future as well so I suppose you can cross off "announce a new project off the list

Version 0.0.1 is extremely buggy.
If you want to wait for version 0.0.2 it will make it playable and more fun. Version 0.0.2 will be out by monday

I have added more to the site, you can now sign in and register using your twitter and Facebook account, it's never been easier! And I also added groups, you can create groups that members can join, you even get your own forum when you create a group. Also a slight makeover, and also some added features to make the community stronger. Enjoy :) |
